About Stuart Bradley

Stuart's Brief Bio

Fresh from college, Stuart took the start-up route. He used his earnings from that to fund his study of Mandarin at Tsinghua University in Beijing. This led him to his first job in China: starting an Executive MBA at Fudan University.

After 2 start-ups, Stuart enrolled as a MBA student at Wharton. The process of job hunting, the struggle, and the experience of figuring out this process laid the foundation for him to teach it to others. After working at Goldman Sachs, HSBC, UBS and a hedge fund, Stuart now dedicates his time to helping others advance their life goals and career dreams.

"Thank you, Stuart, for always being so supportive and helpful."

"Before I came to Stuart, I only had experience in consulting and I had no idea how to break into the equity research industry.

With Stuart's help, I started to work with ER professionals on LinkedIn and learn experience on how to prepare for an ER job hunt.

I also followed a special training that Stuart curated for me to learn financial modeling skills and also write my research report.

I also practiced my stock pitch during the networking cost with those ER professionals.

Thanks to these preparations, I managed to get internship offers from China Merchants, Securities, and also CITIC Futures.

Long Professional Bio

Stuart spent his college years at Princeton where he was introduced to Chinese and studied at Princeton-in-Beijing. While at Princeton, he worked on experiments to measure the Big Bang, and then went into business with his Princeton roomates which lead to a public offering of shares.

After the public offering, Stuart returned to his passion of Chinese language study and studied at the IUP Program at Tsinghua, where he met his S.O., a MFA student at the time.

Stuart decided to earn his MBA and attended Wharton where he studied finance. Knowing only that he wanted to get a job in China, he tried out finance as an intern with Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong, finally joining HSBC full time as an Associate.

When his family got bigger, he returned to the US after living and working in China for 10 years.
He continued to help fund and launch new companies, but felt something was missing. He started working with international students in 2018 in a professional capacity.

Since 1998, Stuart has been learning the art of personal influence accross borders.

Stuart currently lives in St. Louis, MO with his two δΈηΎŽεˆθ΅„ and his S.O.

"A very precious experience to apply what Stuart said to real-life scenarios."

"Stuart was a huge help. He advised me on my overall career path and provided me with tons of feedback as to how I should prepare.."

"If I did not, like, if I didn't have CA and your support, what would happen is that I wouldn't know how powerful networking was or how you know to what extent you should network, how you should craft those emails. So networking with American people is different. Networking with some Indian American people is different. Networking with alumni from UC Berkeley or from IIT there, you know, it's very subtly different from each other. And, I think, career growth is 50%, 60% of your performance and 40% your networking and ability to understand what kind of opportunities are available. Want the same great insights about yourself and your career path?
