1.Confidential Information

Student acknowledges that, in the course of performing his duties hereunder, he may obtain information relating to 59YEAH, which the Company has marked as confidential ("Confidential Information") including any career advice in oral or written form as well as job hunting methods and strategies, as well as online course information and login information. The Student shall not disclose any Confidential Information to any person or entity as may be reasonably necessary for purposes of performing its duties described in the Career Coaching Contract without the Company's prior written consent.

2.Term
